This image was commissioned by the Nautilus Art Team for the cover of their Issue 51. It accompanied the main article: " The Last of the Fungus" , by Zhengyang Wang, which details the struggling Ophiocordyceps (caterpillar zombifying fungus) trade, and the scientific attempts to remedy the situation.
