This is an 11" x14" oil painting on primed paper. I painted this as a continuation of my " Gems of the Seasons" series. I completed Autumn in 2018 (autumn flowers and leaves) and Winter in 2019 (berries, stone fruits, and sparkling ice). In 2020 I will complete Gems of Spring and Summer. The additional pictures show the process of first completing a detailed pencil drawing (sold) and then completing a monochrome under painting which colors were glazed over. The original and prints are available at this time.
