Infected by Art Book - Volume 8

Lauren Raye Snow is an artist from San Antonio, Texas. Her work explores uncanny, ambivalent visions, both dreadful and cathartic. She draws inspiration from the Symbolists and the Pre-Raphaelites, from the Catholic and Indigenous spiritual icons of her native Texas, and from works of terror and beauty in literature, myth, and music. Lauren has shown work in Rojo Gallery, Híjole SA, and the Dougherty Arts Center Austin, and has served as gallery manager for Under Construction Gallery. Her art has been published in Apex Magazine, Locus Magazine, and Infected By Art Volume 11. Her work has earned her nominations in the Chesley and the World Fantasy Awards.
