I was born in Hungary in 1976, and my life journey has taken me across various countries. In 2016 with my husband and our 2 children we finally put down roots in New Zealand and established a permanent home.
My primary vocation is as a ceramist, and my creative journey led me through various other artistic domains. For several years, I practiced as a professional makeup artist, stylist, and a graphic designer. I also explored oil painting and further extended my artistic endeavors into the film industry, where I became part of the art department. Later, alongside my role as a full time parent, I briefly immersed myself in sugar art. When my daughter was diagnosed with severe autism at age 3, I became her full time caregiver. In 2015 I started to work from home with polymer clay, and It was obvious from the beginning that I found my calling. Sculpting helps me to relax, to find peace, and to express myself. Having a child with severe disabilities is demanding. The act of creation has become more than a pastime, it has evolved into a lifeline, allowing me to rise above the challenges. In the past few years, my work has been published in various international magazines, I won several awards and I earned a master certificate in my area. I’m creating realistic one of a kind fantasy and storytelling figurative art, mixing different techniques and mediums, losing myself in intricate details. I like to explore and experiment with diverse mediums, such as integrating mulberry paper and needle felting into my art, adding unique dimensions to my creative repertoire.
