Infected by Art Book - Volume 8

I am a figurative artist and storyteller based in the United States. I aim to combine contemporary and traditional ideas to create an art fusion that is both Avant-Garde and introspective.

My motivation; not to depict what can be seen in everyday life, but to take the fantastical from my own mind and turn it into a tangible work of art that others can experience as well. I love to subvert traditional expectations for figuration, to bring the fantastical out of the ordinary. I use mixed-media techniques with ink, graphite, colored pencils and acrylics.

I am the award winner of The Copic Award Grand Prize 2019.
