A J Ramsey (Amanda) is a mixed media fantasy illustrator based in Dallas, Texas with her husband and dog. She has a Bachelors degree in Arts in Technology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Amanda has a strong passion for fantasy and mythology. Her art style is symbolism, representing figures from mythology, folklore and fantasy and their relationships with nature. The most current project she is working on involves creating work based on the Chthonic deities. She has loved Greek Mythology since middle school and has finally had a chance to show the Gods and Goddesses in her own image.

Materials she uses are watercolor, color pencils, gouache, inks and hot pressed watercolor paper.
