About LINDA RAVENSCROFT
Linda Ravenscroft taught herself to paint and has been doing so since the age of two,
she became a professional fantasy artist in 1994, after the birth of her child in 1993.
She lives with her husband John, in an 1812 Georgian building, which was lovingly restored by them in
2017, it has now become a wonderful home, Gallery and Studio.
Linda’s main influences are a love of nature, and a fascination for myths and ancient legends.
Painting watercolour and mixed media Fairy and Fantasy images is Linda’s favourite way of
expressing herself and sending out positive messages for all to see, a way to inspire and brighten
up our world.
Linda is the author and illustrator of several internationally best selling books, card decks,
her work is widely collected and can, be found on licensed products throughout the world.
