Elizabeth Leggett

Elizabeth is a two-time fan artist Hugo winner, a five-time Chesley nominee, gallery artist, and SF novel cover designer. She has had two solo shows at George R.R. Martin’s theater, the Jean Cocteau Cinema, and has exhibited twice at the Mazza Museum in the Lea Gallery, Enchanted Brush series. She exhibited and curated a gallery show, “Readings,” for Santa Fe’s Keep Contemporary gallery.

Her clients represent a broad range of outlets, from the multiple Hugo award winning Lightspeed Magazine to multiple Lambda Literary winner, Lethe Press. She was honored to be chosen to art direct both Women Destroy Fantasy and Queers Destroy Science Fiction, both under the Lightspeed banner. Her other clients include Walter Jon Williams, Prince of Cats Literary Productions, Melinda Snodgrass, DreamForge Magazine, Uproar Books, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Brigids Gate Press, and more.

Her work can be seen in the annual Spectrum Volumes 22, 24, 26, and 27 as well as Spectrum Fantastic Art Quarterly, Vol. 1 (2021). She can also be found in Infected By Art, Volumes 3-10. She regularly exhibits at SF convention art shows around the U.S.and will be Artist Guest of Honor at World Fantasy 2023.
