Description
"Moonlight bloom" mixes lots of things I love: horses, monarch butterflies, bougainvilleas, Mexican embroideries and unicorn ladies. I created it to have something pretty for myself when I was a bit depressed this year and represents our joy when we come across magical surprises in our lives when we least expect it. It's a self portrait as a reminder to myself that people like me can also be part of a magical, fantastic world. It's a 5in x 7in oil painting on board.
