Projects: I am currently writing middle grade and young adult fantasy novels and working on a series of Faerie Botanica books.

Oil and gold leaf on board, 24 x 18" "The Message" depicts a young female child, of mixed race, tenderly holding a dove that represents a message of peace. The child's sharp and wild crown of thorns is reminiscent of the Biblical crown of thorns, yet is also faerie-like; and the gold-leaf elevates her to a regal and holy stature which honors the Divine Feminine and nature.
