I created this artwork during a time when I felt overwhelmed by too many thoughts and voices floating in my head. I still must keep reminding myself every day to be just here and now, with the action, I'm doing at the moment. The mind can be your biggest enemy or best friend. You are the one who chooses. Taking all those voices out of my head helped me to create a space for thoughts light and delicate like the wings of a butterfly.
