"Since time immemorial, the Seer of the Waning Moon knows all, sees all, visible or invisible, tangible or not, she perceives the Web of Wyrd. On rare occasions, she whispers answers to those who seek wisdom and who know how to listen, or dream. It is said that during her many visions, the marks on her back move, intertwining and forming signs that only the most gifted Oracles can read.
