Description
A predatory fox colonized by mushrooms inspired by the 'Zombie Ant Fungus' (Ophiocordyceps unilateralis). This piece was a method of processing power inequality/oppression among humans. I paired together a top predator, the fox (which kills to consume nourishment), and it's food, and food of it's prey (mice), the mushroom (which is consumed to nourish others), in a symbiotic relationship with the hope that as nature adapts and rebalances itself, that human culture can follow suit and function symbiotically.
