Description
Automaton sculpture of a tiny fawn sleeping in a nest on a faux Victorian book. The hand made box hides the mechanism and is painted to resemble a vintage book titled 'The Faerie Fawn'. The sculpted fawn 'breathes' as the beaded handle is turned. The leaves and flowers the fawn is resting on are mixed wired vintage fabrics with hand embroidery and tiny sequins
