Description
The Cicada Queen emerges once again, surrounded by her minions... but what are her goals? I created this piece as if for a book cover, inspired by the recent periodic cicada outbreak in our area, which filled the days with eerie sound and constant obstacles from the ever-present creatures. This piece was made in a similar style to my ink and watercolor artwork, but because it was made in Procreate I could work while curled up on the sofa with my cats.
