This quilt shows a romantic dinner for two. It�s being served at a restaurant in my fictional steampunk world. I intentionally combined five different cultures� food and place settings (Japanese, Chinese, English, Moroccan, and Hawaiian) as a symbol of the melting pot of people living in the imaginary city. This quilt is made from more than 1700 pieces of fabric (no paint) and quilted with silk and cotton threads.
