Reflection by Catherine McCoy

This composition is all about layers of reflection, created specifically to celebrate Boris and Julies artistic journey. Firstly, the physical shields reflecting the monsters are intended to symbolise a reflection on all the challenges that the duo must have come up against and overcome throughout their careers, to bring us the world of work we all so admire. Then secondly, in the present moment of the scene there is the looming obstacle which must be overcome, representing future artwork challenges to be solved. These warriors have conquered many landscapes and are no strangers to new worlds, much like Boris and Julie. I hope you enjoy, thank you for your lifetimes work of beauty that continues to grow!
