Projects: Covers for Marvel, always continuing the " American Beauties" pinup series, and every year Greg Hildebrandt and Spiderweb Art Gallery work with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on their Winter Tour Program and Merchandise.
Location: Hopatcong, NJGreg has always loved Captain America. Perhaps more than any other comic book hero! For many years he has longed to do a tribute to the first Avenger, and what better year than the 75th Anniversary! Like everything Greg paints, he does it his way. He worked hard to capture the main action of the first cover of Captain America, while taking this fantastic scene and making it his own! It is without a doubt that this is one of the most popular paintings Greg has ever done, and it is a remarkable piece of Captain America art history! Created in May 2016. Signed by Greg Hildebrandt. Acrylic on canvas. FRAMED SIZE: 37.5" x 28"
