Description
This artwork was an exercise in trying to illustrate a Magic card, based on a prompt created by a neural network. The network created the card text (a flying cat that returns a card from the graveyard whenever a spell is cast) based on the template of real Magic cards, and I visualized it as a catfolk necromancer who rides his undead creations to achieve the flying ability. Since many Magic: the Gathering worlds are based on real life cultures, I gave this character armor inspired by ancient Egypt.
