Dimension: 90cm X 240cm X 1.5cm Medium: Unpolished Lacquer On Wood Lacquer painting is a traditional Vietnamese art form. The art work is polished, giving it a glossy look. However, I have added my own unique twist to this traditional art form - by not polishing my paintings, I have given them a matte look. Thus the term "unpolished lacquer". This particular piece was selected to participate in the 6th Beijing International Biennale in 2015, and was subsequently collected by the National Art Museum of China.
