Personal work. ... On the outskirts of the ancient city near the abandoned lighthouse there was a tower in which the supreme mage of the Emperor lived. There were many rumors about him. Old people whispered that after many years of their lives, the magician and his lonely tower on the shore hadn' t changed one bit, and their grandparents told them the same thing when they were children. They said that he never sleeps, that his tower window is always lit up at night, that he has the largest collection of books and ancient scrolls, that he feeds on souls, taking their inner light...
