This was gifted to a friend of the client in memory of a mutual friend of theirs. It shows two of that friend' s roleplaying characters that I understand are really badass - the red wizard Mizhap who can turn into a celestial dragon, and the scifi ninja Nightstryker with his awesome winged battlesuit. They are just returning from an adventure in Cthulhu' s basement because the poor Old One really can' t be bothered like he used to.
As you can see most of this is humorous. It was lots of fun to pick out mysterious fonts to write the friends' names and such, and I got to use the Particle brushes from Painter a lot. The scene was modelled in Blender with DAZ figures beforehand as a reference, then painted from scratch.
