Description
" The Wasteland King? He stalks the ruins of an empire long gone, unaware of its demise. Once he was one such as you, he sought the treasures of ages past. He found his fortune, but the crown was it' s price" This character was designed of a sorts of cautionary tale for adventurers. Not all magical items are safe. The idea was to portray a menacing obstacle/villain that is obviously very powerful and monstrous even, but that you can still see that it was once human.
