Description
Melusine is a female spirit of freshwater in European mythology. She is usually shown as sort of a mermaid sometimes with wings or two tails. Her mother was a fairy and her father human. Melusine grew up in Avalon. After she sought vengeance on her father for betraying her mother she was cursed by her mother to look like a serpent from the waist down. She also has scaled arms and fins for hands. Part of the curse is she could never change back. For Sale: 15" x20" $300
