Description
Scientists theorize that the giant insectoid creatures were implemented as terraforming agents possibly responsible for the translucent crystalline tunnels that are so prevalent on Mars. They appear able to ingest raw minerals and excrete a crystalline substance in the shape of large translucent tubes.
