" Death Dealer" , © Milivoj Ć eran 2021. - 61 x 47 cm artwork size (24 x 18,5 inches), 68 x 56 cm paper size (26,8 x 22 inches) - acrylic on paper (Fabriano 5, 300 gsm) - private commission for Davide Decina This is one fantastic commission, where I finally got a chance to paint Death Dealer, high fantasy character that I always loved. It is also a tribute to the one and only Frank Frazetta, the father of Death Dealer character, and the biggest fantasy artist who inspired generations of artists and illustrators! Although it took me a ,long time to finish this, I had free will to make it as I wanted to. So of course, I added crackled stone bordure with some knotworks, decorative memento mori elements (like those skulls around the center frame) etc. I am glad that I create my own version, and I am really satisfied with the final look! Some collectors asked me about the prints, so I' ll have see the options and terms with the Frazetta family.
