1. Illustration (Recent Work)

For more than fifteen years I have been painting this kind of “windows to the past”, to History, so often intertwined with legend, which in turn is so often intertwined with fantasy... It is exciting not only to be able to carry through this specific task, but also to play in this crossroads, taking an idea just on the edge of what is required to also get, in some way, further... "Sophonisba" is the clearest example of this for the moment, but I will soon continue adding other paintings that will walk, show, invent those paths in the most diverse ways and with the most diverse origins and destinations.
