My name is Peach MoMoKo, I am a Japanese artist working in living in Japan. I showcase one solo show in Japan once a year, and one solo show somewhere outside of Japan (usually USA or Europe) also once a year. And do group shows and competitions in between. My main theme is using a mix of propaganda ideas with the old school Japan touch. Not only does my artwork convey the message about war, military, death, society but also mixes the images of a nostalgia feel of early 60s Japan. My artwork is mostly black and white because my theme is about remember the past. And by using black and white, I would like viewers to see their OWN color in my art, since everyone' s past, memory, feelings has their own story.
