Baxa has been a professional illustrator for over 33 years, during which time he has successfully delivered thousands of illustrations to high profile clients. His visceral, innovative character designs and story infused illustrations have been featured as book covers, color interiors, ink drawings, character concept designs, and special fx make-up designs for game books, magazines, collectible card games, miniatures, video games, film and more. As of late, he has transitioned to expand his personal work and IPs for publishing and exhibition in galleries here in Los Angeles, where he is a member of the LA Dark Art Society movement. Baxa is a published author of Get Work as a Fantasy Artist, and Blood Rituals: The Art of Tom Baxa, and is currently writing and painting an illustrated horror novel, Zombie Coven, which is the current focus of his Patreon community www.patreon.com/BaxaArt.
