Shelly has lived in Alberta, Canada all her life.  At a young age, she could be found painting pictures, much to the dismay of her parents, on her bedroom walls, or sculpting figurines out of clay complete with real hair! (compliments of Shelly).  Thank goodness for mothers who are experts at reviving impromptu hair cuts.

Shelly enjoys working in pencil and acrylic medias and still endeavors the occasional sculpture, minus the hair!  She enjoys the challenge of exploring new techniques and subject matter and strives to provide inspiring art for every budget.
