Matheus Graef is a brazilian fantasy illustrator. His work aims to capture the stylistic quality of historic painting eras such as the contrast and luminance of the Baroque period. The 'Sviterian Knight' represents the riders of Matheus's 'Omios Ures'; an intricate fantasy setting in current development. The Knight - and other pieces - seek to depict from mundane sightings to greater events of this world - the style of Matheus's work pursuits to elevate this further, just as though the paintings were truly conceived by the artist peoples that inhabit the mystical world of Omios Ures.
