This was a fun piece to do. I love science fiction and fantasy and had not done anything with a strong sci-fi vibe in some time. A futuristic scavenger living on some desert planet scavenging crashed aircraft just did the trick for me. I always make fun of the impractical wardrobe used for women in fantasy/sci-fi, and I poked some fun at my own composition by displaying the subject with a bare midriff, but all scratched up from the work.
