In my work, I like pushing the limits of human anatomy surreal biomechanical theme is integrated into my sculptures to create intense striking images.
I use mixed media for sculpting, different types of materials depending on where a particular piece takes me for achieving distinctive vivid effects.
I have always been attracted to creating and crafting with my own hands, learning new skills as I experimented with different materials and objects. Naturally, at some point, my love for creating and my love for surreal art collided into the world of sculpting.
Currently, I enjoy sculpting new pieces, exploring new avenues, and inspiring concepts to incorporate into my artwork, always pushing the limits of imagination further, wherever they may take me.
FLYTRAP, a killer in disguise. A female figure disguises herself, as she waits for her victim to be attracted to her fatal trap. Observing over a skull, with figurative elements, this sculpture mixes beautiful attractive female shapes with sharp, raw, dramatic elements for a shocking impression. One of my most challenging works to date, with intricate details, all handmade and hand-carved by me. H: 52cm, W: 10 cm, D: 15 cm
