About Tom Dale

Hello! I am Tom, an oil painter and illustrator from northern England!

I have had a love for the fantasy genre from a young age and was constantly drawing monsters, orcs and other fantastical scenes and characters. From the age of 18 i started to travel around the world to coach and train for snowboarding events and stopped creating art entirely until i was 25 after being severely injured in 2019. I gradually fell in love with art again during my recovery and decided to pursue it as a profession from that point onwards!

I have recently shifted to painting predominantly in oils and ink but i still do the occasional digital painting too. I love to try different ideas and concepts with my work so i am constantly looking for different ways to portray characters and break stereotypes.
