My paper illustrations are created from multiple layers of hand-cut papers, painted in watercolor and gouache. These layers are spaced out with mat board and foam core to create depths from 1/4" to 4" depending on the size of the piece. I frame my large work in custom shadowbox frames, and my miniature pieces in vintage pocket watches.
