Near future India. A tense standoff in the west, over Pakistani incursions into occupied Kashmir. Unprecedented inroads being suddenly made by the Naxalites in the east. Refugees streaming out of the north, as the Chinese and Nepalese jointly crack down on Uighur and Tibetan separatists seeking refuge in Nepal. And a massive general strike crippling the economy, coinciding with riots and mass demonstrations.
The stage is set for the Brahminist, far right, militant faction; Bajrang Dal, as they capitalize on the rapidly escalating tension, seize power in a coup through its network in the military, declare a national emergency, and turn India into a totalitarian Hindu state.
Marking their rule are the military drones modeled after the Hindu pantheon, roaming the ghettoes, shantytowns, and slums, ready to mercilessly and violently crush any resistance. The most feared and loathed of them all; Kali, the Hindu Goddess of Death.
