Now one can rewire the connections of the brain, artificially stimulate and inhibit the firing of neurons, allowing for suppression of emotions and impulses such as hunger and lethargy, the altering of behaviors and personalities, the uploading of motor skills, the repetition of precise motions with 100% accuracy to a fraction of a millimeter just like a machine, and even being interfaced with and controlled by super computers. With all the versatility, but none of the upfront costs, employing humans eventually has become a part of a new breed of automation; Neo-Taylorism, where instead of making men out of machines, we have made machines out of men.
