Projects: Currently working on a book of original stories and art called " Jade Frost: Tales from the Industrial Silk Road."

Location: Seattle, WA

7x9, Image #1 of a quartet called Slices. All four will contain color elements as well as a monochromatic treatment in part of the composition. The challange was to try and experiment a little with color combinations and treatments on individual pieces while still making them similar enought to be part of a set. Slices has come to define a large part of my approach to why I do what I do! Some would call it an " artist' s statement." Others would say it' s adhereing to one' s " brand." Either way, it' s more of my philosophy behind what images get finished and then presented to the public. Not only do I enjoy doing certain types of images, but, when all is said and done, it' s what I want people to remember when they think of my work. More to come.
