Description
This is my very first published magic card, revealed in September 2023 as part of The Wilds of Eldraine. My work is usually more character-based, so it was a tremendous challenge right out of the gate to get an assignment that deals so heavily with environmental storytelling. I spent a lot of time designing that maze, trying to play with perspective a bit while also establish a vast chasm of depth in front of the main figure. I'm incredibly proud of the result.
